摘要
2021年3月国家标准化管理委员会正式发布了GB/T 39892-2021《汽车产品缺陷线索报告及处理规范》国家标准,用于指导召回技术支撑机构、汽车生产者、行业媒体第三方机构等开展缺陷线索报告采集及处理。本文说明了该标准的研制背景和技术内容,以便相关方更好理解和把握标准要求,促进标准的推广应用。
GB/T 39892-2021,Specification of reporting and processing of motor vehicle product defect clue,was officially released by Standardization Administration of China in order to guide recall technical support institutions,automobile manufacturers,and industry media to carry out the collection and processing of defect clue reports.This paper introduces the background and technical content of the standard for stakeholders to better understand its requirements,so as to facilitate its promotion and implementation.
