Development of the National Standard on Guidelines for Classification of Rural Recyclable Wastes

本文通过对《农村可回收废弃物分类指南》国家标准研制的意义和必要性的分析,根据标准研制中可以参考和引用的标准,提出农村可回收废弃物分类原则、农村可回收废弃物分类方法,并对农村可回收废弃物进行分类研究,对建立健全农村再生资源回收体系提出建议,将对科学、规范、有效研制《农村可回收废弃物分类指南》国家标准产生重要的基础性作用。

Based on the analysis of the significance and necessity of the development of the national standard on guidelines for classification of rural recyclable wastes,according to the standards that can be referred to and cited in the development of the standard,this paper puts forward the principles and methods for the classification of rural recyclable wastes,and conducts a classification study of rural recyclable wastes,and puts forward suggestions for establishing and improving the recycling system of rural renewable resources.It will play an important basic role in the scientific,standardized and effective development of the national standard.
