摘要 电磁辐射骚扰测试是电磁兼容中的重要项目,在给出测试结果的同时要求给出测量不确定度。本文分析了1~6GHz电磁辐射骚扰项目的不确定来源,重点对试验桌引入的不确定度要素进行详细评定,最后进行了合成标准不确定度的计算,为电磁兼容实验室的不确定度报告的评定提供了参考。 he electromagnetic radiation disturbance test is an important item in electromagnetic compatibility,and the measurement uncertainty is required while presenting the test result.This paper analyzes the sources of uncertainty in the 1–6 GHz electromagnetic radiation disturbance project,focuseson the detailed evaluation of the uncertainty elements introduced by the test table,and finally calculates the uncertainty of the composite standard.It provided a reference for the uncertainty report of the electromagnetic compatibility laboratory.
