摘要 将具有油烟净化技术功能的被测试集成灶安装于集成灶油烟净化效率测试装置中,在标准试验条件下设置测试装置实现恒定平稳发烟,同时设置该集成灶在额定电压和频率下高档位运转。另外,设计加速寿命试验,在实验室环境下模拟集成灶吸排烟装置正常使用规定年限后状态,测试加速寿命后受测集成灶风量、风压值,并与受测集成灶全新状态时测得的风量、风压值对比,所得比值作为集成灶免清洗特征值,将所得测试结果与标准限值进行对比,用以评价集成灶的免清洗性能,比值越高,免清洗性能越好。 In this paper,the integrated cooking appliances with the function of oil fume purification are installed in the fume purification efficiency test device,and the test device is set to generate constant and stable oil smoke under standard test conditions,the integrated cooking appliances are set to work in high gear at rated voltage and frequency.In addition,an accelerated life test is designed,to simulate the state of the smoke exhaust device of integrated cooking appliances after normal use for a specified number of years in laboratory environment,then its air volume and wind pressure values are tested and compare the values with the values measured when the tested integrated cooking appliances are in a new state.The ratio is taken as the no-cleaning characteristic value to compare with the standard limits to evaluate the no-cleaning performance of the integrated cooking appliances.The higher the ratio is,the better the clean-free performance is.
