摘要
山西是中华民族的主要发祥地和黄河文明的重要生成地之一,是中国的旅游资源大省,拥有丰富的自然旅游资源和人文旅游资源。文化与旅游融合发展是山西省战略性决策。近年来,山西推出一系列旅游地方标准,出台了旅游标准体系,奠定了其标准化的基础,但是文化旅游标准化过程还比较艰难,离标准化推进文化旅游产业高级化和高附加值化的要求还有差距。文章提出要基于文化旅游标准化,通过"创新-标准-认证-品牌构建"全过程链开展标准化工程,构建"全链条"服务体系,形成示范效应,推动山西文化旅游业从"资源时代"进入"品牌时代"。
Shanxi province is the main birthplace of the Chinese nationality and one of the most important cradles of Yellow River civilization.It’s a large tourism province,and has abundant natural and cultural tourism resources.The integrated development of culture and tourism is a strategic decision of Shanxi Province.In recent years,Shanxi has launched a series of local tourism standards and issued a tourism standard system,laying foundation for its standardization.However,the standardization process of cultural tourism faces challenges,and there is still a gap between the standardization and the requirement of promoting the high-level and high-value-added cultural tourism industry.Based on the standardization of cultural tourism,this paper proposes to carry out the standardization project through the whole process chain of"innovationstandard-certification-brand building",and build the"whole chain"service system to form a demonstration effect,so as to promote Shanxi cultural tourism from the"resource era"into the"brand era".
