固体饮料、压片糖果及代用茶等食品因声称各种保健功能或冒充特殊食品等违规宣传,误导消费者选购食用,一直备受争议。2020年初媒体报道的湖南郴州"大头娃娃"事件更是将普通食品冒充特殊食品销售的话题推向风口浪尖。本文主要从食品生产许可的要求以及检查案例对以上三类食品的生产风险防控要点进行分析阐述。

Powdered drink,tablet candy and tea substitute have been controversial because some of them claim health functions or carry out illegal promotion,misleading consumers to purchase.The"Big Head Baby"incident,which was reported by the media in Hunan Province at the beginning of this year,has pushed the topic of ordinary food being sold as a functional food to the forefront.This paper explains the points of production control of those three types of food from the perspectives of management measures of food production license and inspection cases.
