本文分析了压力表检定过程中,数字压力表的选取影响被检表的量值准确性。主要探讨了一般压力表检定中数字标准表的选取,对选取中涉及的主要内容:数字标准表最大允许误差绝对值的限定以及数字标准表的量程范围进行了讨论。最后通过实例分析说明得到的结论在满足规程最大允许误差绝对值规定的前提下,选择适宜量程范围的必要性和重要性。

In recent years,the digital pressure gauge is more and more favored by the verification personnel because of its high accuracy,intuitive reading,simple operation and high efficiency.In pressure gauge verification,the selection of digital pressure gauge directly affects the accuracy of the measured value.This paper mainly discusses the selection of digital standard gauge in the verification of general pressure gauge,and discusses the main contents involved in the selection:the limitation of absolute value of maximum allowable error of digital standard gauge and the range of digital standard gauge.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the necessity and importance of selecting the appropriate range on the premise of meeting the absolute value of the maximum allowable error.
