村级综合服务中心标准化建设的思考与实践

村级综合服务中心是政府服务向基层延伸的重要平台,在推动基本公共服务均等化、创新社会管理、夯实基层组织等方面发挥着重要作用。村级综合服务中心标准化建设是通过资源的有效配置,明确工作机构、优化功能设施、整合环境设置、建立长效机制,实现名称、人员、空间、模板、政策的统一,使服务中心从硬件设施上真正成为集办公场所、议事场所、活动场所、服务场所为一体的村民之家。本文阐述了村级综合服务中心建设的现状,分析了村级综合服务中心标准化建设的工作步骤和实施意义,为提升农村综合服务中心管理水平提供有益的参考。

Village-level comprehensive service center is an important platform for government services to extend to the grass-roots level.It plays an important role in promoting the equalization of basic public services,innovating social management,and consolidating grass-roots organizations.The standardization construction of village-level comprehensive service center is to realize the unification of name,personnel,space,template and policy through the effective allocation of resources,defining the working organization,optimizing the functional facilities,integrating the environmental settings,and establishing a long-term mechanism,so that the service center can truly become a villager’s home integrating with office space,meeting place,activity place and service place in terms of hardware facilities.This paper expounds the current situation of the construction of village-level comprehensive service center,analyzes the working steps and implementation significance of standardization construction of village-level comprehensive service center,and provides beneficial reference for improving the management level of rural comprehensive service center.
