摘要
在央企进入全面深化改革的关键时期、全国各族人民砥砺奋进新时代的重要时刻,企业宣传思想工作肩负着重要的使命。随着时代的变革,企业对宣传思想工作的重视程度日渐加强,将标准化思维模式注入宣传思想工作中,通过标准化、制度化、模块化的方式可以有效提升工作质量,提高工作效率。为此,本文针对企业宣传思想工作中存在的突出问题在该领域首次引入"标准化思维模式"的概念,研究该理念在企业宣传思想工作中的创新与应用,对推进企业宣传思想工作的具体落地、振奋企业干部、职工践行新时代历史使命具有十分重要的意义。
China’s central enterprises have entered a critical period of deepening reform in an all-round way and the people of all ethnic groups across the country are forging ahead into a new era, corporate publicity and ideological work shoulders an important mission. With the changes of the times, enterprises pay more and more attention to publicity and ideological work. Using standardized mindset mode in publicity and ideological work, it can effectively improve work quality and efficiency by standardization, institutionalization and modularization. To this end, this article introduces the concept of "standardized mindset mode" for the first time in this field in response to the outstanding problems in corporate publicity and ideological work, to study the innovation and application of this concept in corporate publicity and ideological work, and promote the concrete implementation of corporate publicity and ideological work. It has great significance for inspiring enterprise’s employees to complete our historic mission in the new era.
