摘要
我国第三方检测市场步入快速发展期,规范和提高其服务质量势在必行。本研究基于法律法规、行业规范的要求,识别、归纳检测机构服务质量特性,并进行分析和评价。
China’s third-party testing market has entered a period of rapid development, so it is imperative to standardize and improve its service quality. Based on the requirements of laws and regulations and industry norms, this paper identifies and summarizes the service quality characteristics of testing institutions, and analyzes and evaluates them.
