The development of quality culture reflects the maturity of social culture.This paper discusses the necessity of promoting the construction of enterprise quality culture in three aspects including the concept and connotation of quality culture,the creation path of quality culture,and the maintenance and improvement of quality culture,in order to raise the attention of enterprises to the construction of quality culture,and enhance the soft power of quality culture.
