As the investment in national education continues to increase,the quantity and the scale of basic educational equipment are increasing,and the species composition is also becoming more and more complex.It raises a growing requirement of informationization management.JY/T 0595-2019,Classification and codes for basic educational equipment unifies classification and codes of basic educational equipment,which has laid a good foundation for educational equipment informationization management.This paper expatiated the compilation background and principles of JY/T 0595-2019,introduced in detail the structure and coding rules of the standard,and indicates the future application direction of the standard.
