小儿白血病患者化疗期间规范化护理措施及效果评价

Standardized Nursing Measures and Effect Evaluation of Pediatric Leukemia Patients During Chemotherapy

目的:本文对规范化护理措施应用于小儿白血病患者的护理效果进行分析研究。方法:研究对象选取为2019年10月~2020年10月在安徽省蚌埠医学院(以下简称"我院")接受治疗的50例小儿白血病患者,将所有患儿分为两个小组,其中对照组25例患儿采取常规护理,观察组25例患儿实施规范化护理方案。将两组患儿的生活质量以及护理依从性进行分析比较。结果:采用规范化护理小组的患儿生活质量和护理依从性都要好于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:小儿白血病患儿在化疗期间实施规范化护理措施的效果具有理想的现实意义,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of standardized nursing measures on children with leukemia.Methods:A total of 50 cases of children with leukemia treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and all the children were divided into two groups.Twenty-five cases in the control group were given routine nursing,and 25 cases in the observation group were given standardized nursing.The quality of life and nursing compliance of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The quality of life and nursing compliance of the standardized nursing group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of standardized nursing measures in children with leukemia during chemotherapy has practical significance and is worthy of application.
