摘要
标准的宣贯具有非常重要的作用,尤其是涉及到食品安全问题的时候。本研究以"港毒奶粉"为切入点,从氯丙醇酯和缩水甘油酯的来源及形成机理、婴配食品中氯丙醇酯的污染状况和国内外法律法规要求三个方面进行剖析论证,阐明加强标准宣贯、正确引导消费者对于食品安全的认知与理解的重要性。
The publicity and implementation of standards plays a very important role,especially when it comes to food safety.With"Hong Kong contaminated milk powder"as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes and demonstrates the source and formation mechanism of chloropropanol ester and glycidyl esters,the pollution status of chloropropanol ester in infant formula food and the requirements of laws and regulations at home and abroad.It stresses the importance of standards publicity and implementation and correctly guiding consumers’understanding of food safety.
