沉管法隧道水下检测技术标准化研究

Standardization Technology for Underwater Detection of Inland-River Immersed Tunnel

沉管隧道工程关键工序多数在水下实施,水下隐蔽工程人眼不可视,施工期间对隧道水下重点部位实施检查、量测、监测工作,对于保障沉管隧道施工安全和质量具有重要意义。沉管隧道施工过程中的基槽开挖、管节浮运、管节沉放对接、基础垫层、水下最终接头、覆盖回填等工序水下检测标准化和规范化是提高检测综合质量重要措施。本文首先介绍了内河沉管隧道水下检测技术在我国建立、发展和标准规范过程,其次探讨了沉管隧道水下检测项目、检测方法、检测时间、检测频次和检测成果等标准化技术内容,最后分析水下检测的标准化在我国内河沉管隧道中应用及其展望,为沉管隧道建设和水下检测工作提供参考。

Most critical construction process of immersed tunnel is carried out underwater,which is not visible.Inspecting,measuring and monitoring is important to guarantee the safety and quality of immersed tunnel during construction.Underwater detection standardization of trench and floating transportation waterway,floating transportation of element,element mooring,immersion and connection of element,foundation cushion,underwater closure joint and backfilling is an important measure to improve the comprehensive quality of detection.This paper first introduces the establishment,development and standard process of inland-river immersed tunnel underwater detection in China.Then,it discusses the underwater detection items,detection methods,detection time,detection frequency and technical requirements of detection results.Finally,the application of underwater detection standardization in submerged tube tunnel is analyzed,in an aim to provide reference for underwater detection and construction of immersed tunnel.
