外科肿瘤患者应用整体规范化护理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Holistic Standardized Post-Surgical Nursing of Tumor Patients

目的:探究外科肿瘤患者应用整体规范化护理的效果。方法:将2020年6月至2020年12月入选的74例患者根据随机、单盲方法,分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用整体规范化护理,比较两组患者护理满意度和生活质量评分。结果:观察组患者社会功能、认知功能、情感功能、躯体功能评分分别为(66.84±4.91)分、(68.92±3.76)分、(62.87±3.49)分、(67.94±3.70)分,高于对照组患者(53.17±3.18)分、(52.87±3.47)分、(51.94±3.76)分、(53.16±3.51)分。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对此次护理的满意度为97.30%;对照组对此次护理的满意度为81.08%。对比两组数据,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:采用针对外科肿瘤患者采用整体规范化护理方式能够有效提高患者是生活质量和护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of holistic standardized nursing of tumor patients after surgery.Methods:A total of 74 patients admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given overall standardized nursing.Results:The scores of social function,cognitive function,emotional function and physical function in the observation group were(66.84±4.91),(68.92±3.76),(62.87±3.49),and(67.94±3.70)respectively,which were higher than those in the control group[(53.17±3.18),(52.87±3.47),(51.94±3.76),and(53.16±3.51)].The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.30%,and that of the control group was 81.08%.The data of the two groups were compared,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:The overall standardized nursing of tumor patients after surgery can effectively improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
