矩阵式医政管理模式提升医疗安全水平的实效性研究

Research of Effectiveness of Matrix Medical Administration Model in Improving Medical Safety Level

目的:探析矩阵式医政管理模式应用于医疗机构实践中,对于提升医疗安全水平的实效性影响。方法:随机选择2017年10月~2020年10月期间364件医院发生的医疗事件(医疗纠纷+医疗投诉)。根据矩阵式医政管理模式实施前后进行分组,对照组(2017年10月-2019年3月)沿用传统医政管理模式,观察组(2019年4月-2020年10月)实施矩阵式医政管理模式。比较两组医疗事件产生原因、被列为医疗纠纷事件数、实际赔偿事件情况。结果:观察组医疗事件产生原因(患者个体原因、医院原因)与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组被列为医疗纠纷事件数明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实际赔偿事件明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:矩阵式医政管理模式应用于医疗机构实践中效果显著,可有效提升医疗安全水平及管理水平,值得医疗机构进行临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of matrix medical administration model on improving medical safety in medical institutions.Methods:A total of 364 cases of medical events(medical disputes and medical complaints)occurred in hospitals from October 2017 to October 2020 were randomly selected,and the patients were grouped according to the admission time in hospitals before and after the application of matrix medical administration model.The control group(from October 2017 to March 2019)experienced the traditional medical administration model,and the observation group(April 2019 to October 2020)experienced the matrix medical administration model.Then,the causes of medical events,medical disputes and actual compensation events were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the causes of medical events(both on the sides of patients and hospitals)between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The number of medical disputes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The actual compensation event in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of matrix medical administration model in medical institutions is significant,which can effectively improve medical safety and administration,so it is worth promoting in clinical practices of medical institutions.
