Research on KPI-Based Process Risk Quantitative Management in ISO/TS 22163:2017

本文基于ISO/TS22163:2017《铁路组织质量管理体系要求》对关键绩效指标(KPI)的要求,指出KPI的重要性;对KPI融于过程进行了剖析;提出基于风险的思维,通过识别关键要素,确定风险等级,制定措施,确保KPI的达成。并给出了实际应用案例。

Based on the requirements of ISO/TS 22163:2017,Railway Organization Quality Management System,this paper highlights the importance of key performance indicators(KPI).It then analyzes the integration of KPI into the process,put forward risk-based thinking,identifies key elements,determines the risk level,and develops measures to ensure the achievement of KPI.Practical application cases are also given in the paper.
