摘要
食品安全标准是政府公共管理政策的重要组成部分,是政府依法进行食品安全治理的主要技术规范,是促进食品国际贸易的基本规则。本文分析了食品安全标准化现状,总结和梳理食品安全标准化工作推进过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策和建议,以进一步完善食品安全标准体系、加强食品安全标准化管理。
Food safety standard is an important part of the government’s public management policy,serving as the main technical specification to regulate food safety according to law,and the basic rule for promoting international food trade.This paper analyzes the current situation of food safety,sorts out the problems in the process of facilitating food safety standardization,and puts forward corresponding suggestions,so as to further improve the food safety standards system and strengthen the food safety standardization management.
