摘要
按照GB 18401-2010《纺织品安全技术规范》和GB/T 2912.1-2009《纺织品甲醛的测定第1部分:游离和水解》规定,采用分光光度法测定纺织品中的游离甲醛含量,并评定测量结果的不确定度。结果表明,影响测量不确定度的主要因素是重复性测试,样品萃取液配置产生的不确定度、分光光度计测量产生的不确定度、标准溶液配制、工作曲线制备产生的不确定度影响次之,因此,在试样的过程中,要求测试人员熟练地掌握标准规范要求及操作技能,增加平行测试次数,以减少测量的重复性对测试结果的影响,提高试验的精准度。
According to the provisions of GB 18401-2010,Technical Specifications for Textile Safety"and GB/T 2912.1-2009,Determination of Formaldehyde in Textiles-Part 1:Free and Hydrolyzed,spectrophotometric method can be used to determine the content of free formaldehyde in textiles and evaluate the uncertainty of the method.The results show that the main factor affecting the measurement uncertainty is the repeatability test,which is more prominant than the uncertainty during preparation of sample extraction solution,photometer measurement,standard solution preparation,and working curve preparation.Therefore,during the testing process,the testers are required to comply with the standard specification requirements and acquire operation skills,and the number of parallel tests is properly increased to reduce the adverse effects of repeatability test on the test result,thus improving the accuracy of the test.
