摘要
针对电动平衡车在实际应用中出现的主要问题进行了市场调研,研究了国内外电动平衡车的相关标准,将电动平衡车的热危险作为主要关注点进行了失效模式和影响分析(FEMA)。基于FEMA分析结果,文中设计了电动平衡车整机和电池的试验方案,对从市场中随机抽样的产品进行了测试。结合标准的要求和电动平衡车的产品特点,文中提出了热成像辐射定位测温点的方法,并搭建了基于无线传输技术的无线测温系统,提高温度测量的效率,降低了人为因素导致的不确定度。文中对电池的测试设计了试验方案,并从电动平衡车行业的应用角度出发设置测试项目。通过对测试结果进行分析,文中给出了电动平衡车开发过程中的安全提升建议以降低其热危险。
This paper investigated the main problems of electric self-balancing scooters and analyzed relevant standards at home and abroad.The failure mode and impact analysis(FEMA)was carried out,focusing on the thermal hazard of electric balance vehicles.Based on the result of FEMA,we designed the test plan of electric self-balancing scooters and the battery,and tested 8 electric self-balancing scooters randomly selected from the market.Combined with the requirements of these standards and product characteristics,we proposed the method of positioning temperature measurement point by thermal imaging,and a wireless temperature measurement system based on wireless transmission technology was built to improve the efficiency of temperature measurement and reduce the uncertainty caused by human factors.In this paper,the test plan of battery was designed according to the application process in the electric selfbalancing scooters.Through the analysis of the test results,the paper put forward suggestions on safety improvement in the development of electric self-balancing scooters to reduce its thermal hazards.
