对肿瘤标志物免疫测定的标准化在肿瘤疾病诊断中的价值研究

The Value of Standardization of Tumor Markers Immunoassay for Tumor Diagnosis

目的:探讨对于肿瘤疾病的诊断过程中肿瘤标志物免疫测定标准化检验的临床价值。方法:以2019年3月至2020年6月间在甘肃省渭源县人民医院(以下简称我院)进行就诊的肿瘤患者31例作为本次研究的依据,研究组16例患者已确诊为恶性肿瘤,对比组15例患者为良性肿瘤,两组患者均采取肿瘤标志物免疫测定标准化检验检查,同时对两组患者的检查结果,采取穿刺检验作为检验检查结果的金标准。结果:通过穿刺检验后,两组患者的诊断结果均符合肿瘤诊断标准无差异,(P<0.05)。结论:对于肿瘤患者在诊断过程中,采取肿瘤标志物免疫测定标准化检验,其诊断准确率较高,具有临床价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of standardized immunoassay for tumor markers in the diagnosis of tumor.Methods:Thirty-one cancer patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected.Sixteen patients in the experimental group had been diagnosed with malignant tumor and 15 patients in the control group were diagnosed with benign tumors.Both groups were tested by standardized immunoassay of tumor markers.Results:The puncture test showed no difference between the two groups in the diagnosis of tumor(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the diagnosis of tumor patients,tumor markers immunoassay has high accuracy and clinical value.
