中医中药标准化分期治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Infertility Caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with TCM Standardized Treatment by Stages

为研究中医中药标准化分期治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症的临床效果,随机选择我院2018年1月~2020年3月收治的68例多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症患者,经抽签法形成对照组与观察组,两组人数均等(n=34),分别接受常规治疗与中医中药标准化分期治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果发现,观察组治疗总有效率(91.18%)高于对照组(52.94%),P<0.05。得出结论,中医中药标准化分期治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症具有显著疗效,促进患者排卵,提高妊娠率,建议推广。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:Sixty-eight cases of infertility caused by PCOS admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were randomly selected,and divided into a control group and an observation group by drawing lots,34 patients in each group.They received conventional treatment and TCM standardized treatment by stages respectively,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(91.18%)was higher than that of the control group(52.94%),P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM standardized treatment by stages for PCOS-induced infertility has more significant effect.It can promote ovulation and improve pregnancy rate,which is worth of promotion.
