观察抗生素序贯清金化痰汤标准化治疗重症肺炎患者的临床效果

Effect of Qingfei Fuzheng Decoction and Standardized Western Medicine on Severe Pneumonia

目的:实验将针对重症肺炎患者应用抗生素序贯清金化痰汤标准化治疗,分析这一策略的临床应用效果。方法:实验选取重症肺炎患者作为调研的主体,2019年9月~2020年9月收治的70例患者,随机分组后进行相应治疗,对照组患者采用常规抗生素治疗措施,观察组则为抗生素序贯清金化痰汤标准化治疗。结果:从治疗上看,观察组患者的机械通气用时和住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,在综合指标对比中,即IL-2、IL-6以及C反应蛋白和肺部呼吸功能指标对比上,两组较治疗前数据均有提升,且以观察组改善效果更优,差异具有统计学意义。结论:采用抗生素序贯清金化痰汤标准化治疗重症肺炎,不仅有助于患者肺功能改善,也可以在更短的时间内控制临床症状,提升了治疗效率,患者预后改善得到认可。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of antibiotics combined with Qingjin Huatan Decoction on the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods:Seventy patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional antibiotic treatment,while the observation group were treated with antibiotics combined with Qingjin Huatan Decoction.Results:The mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the comprehensive index comparison showed that IL-2,IL-6,C-reactive protein and pulmonary respiratory function indexes of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment.The improvement effect of the observation group was better,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Antibiotics combined with Qingjin Huatan Decoction can not only improve the lung function of severe pneumonia patients,but also control the clinical symptoms in a shorter time,and improve the treatment efficiency and prognosis of such patients.
