企业标准自我声明公开是产品质量监管的重要手段,在市场经济发展中具有重要的意义。本文分析了企业标准自我声明公开的动力机制,研究了质量提升正向引导工作原理和方法,构建了基于企业标准自我声明公开的质量提升螺旋上升模型,分析了以激励理论作为主理论,以企业竞争力优势理论和信息不对称理论为次理论,以社会共治理论和评价理论为局部支撑理论构建的三层理论框架体系。

The disclosure of enterprise standards self-declaration is an important means of product quality supervision and has important significance in the development of market economy.This paper analyzes the incentive mechanism of enterprise standards self-declaration disclosure,studies the working principles and methods of positive guidance for quality improvement,and constructs a quality improvement spiral model based on enterprise standards self-declaration disclosure.It analyzes the Three-tier theoretical framework system,which takes the incentive theory as the main theory,the corporate competitiveness advantage theory and the information asymmetry theory as the sub-theories,the social cogovernance and evaluation theory as the partial support theories.
