摘要
本文分析了激光产品功率测量的必要性及测量条件,介绍了普通激光产品激光功率的测量方法,并针对半导体发射器、扫描器、线激光器、光纤等常见的激光产品介绍了相应的简化测量方法。
The paper analyzes the necessary and principle of power measurement for laser products and introduces the power measure method for common laser products,the simplified methods for semiconductor emitters,scanned emission,line laser,and output of fiber.
