金砖国家家具领域标准化比较分析——以中国和印度为例

Comparative Analysis on Standardization in Furniture among BRICS Countries——Taking China and India for Example

我国开展家具标准化工作已有40多年,一直致力于提升产品的质量水平,规范市场秩序,保障消费者的利益,促进行业的发展。在2009年全国家具标准化技术委员会成立后,我国家具标准化工作进一步深化,建立健全了标准体系树。印度家具标准的时间段为1968至2018年,我们可以发现印度在家具领域研究已经经历了51年,他们标准虽然覆盖了物理机械领域,覆盖了成品家具和原辅材料,但是在儿童家具领域和有毒有害领域却是一片空白存在安全漏洞,现行的标准年分较久,基本集中在上世纪60、80、90年代。本文通过对中印两个国家家具领域标准化情况进行分析后发现,两国在进出口贸易方面都有自己的特色和优势,如何达到优势的高质量互补,实现金砖国家间竞争性与互补性并存,就需要贸易经济实力较强的国家带动成员国共同发展。

China has been working on the standardization of furniture for more than 40 years,and has been committed to improving the quality of products,regulating the market order,ensuring the interests of consumers and promoting the development of the industry.After the establishment of the national furniture standardization technical committee in 2009,the standardization of furniture in our country was further deepened,and the standard system framework was established.The time period of Indian furniture standards is 1968-2018.This paper finds out that with 51 years’furniture research,India has made their standards cover the physical and mechanical field and the finished furniture and the original material.However,there is a blank in the area of children’s furniture and toxic harmful areas with security vulnerability,and the current standards are implemented for a long time starting in the 1960 s,1980 s or 1990 s.By analyzing the standardization of the furniture areas in China and India,this paper summarizes that the two countries have their own characteristics and advantages in the import and export trade.How to complement the advantages with high quality and achieve the competition and complementarity between the BRICS countries,these requires the countries with trade and economic strength to promote the common development of other member states.
