承压设备用灰铸铁材料消除应力处理

摘要 本文通过对国内外相关标准的研究,展开论述了造纸机械用烘缸中的灰铸铁材料的自身优势、缺陷以及应用特点,尤其针对在相关标准制修订中,灰铸铁材料铸造残余应力的控制及消除,给出了切实可行的条文要求,对于相关标准的制修订工作以及实际生产过程具有指导意义,另对其它领域的大型灰铸铁铸件的生产和应用,也具有参考价值。 This article discusses the advantages,disadvantages,and application characteristics of gray cast iron materials in dryers for papermaking machinery through the research on relevant national and foreign standards,provides practical requirements for the control and elimination of residual stress in gray cast iron materials in developing and revising of relevant standard.It has guiding significance for the development and revision of relevant standards and the actual production process,and also has reference value for the production and application of large size gray cast iron castings in other fields.
