摘要
本文分析了造成晶体振荡器频率老化的影响因素,对比分析晶体振荡器标准GB/T 12274.1-2012与IEC 62884-3:2018中频率老化要求及长期频率稳定性预测方法,给出不同类型晶体振荡器频率老化特性表征建议,为修订GB/T 12274.1-2012提供支撑。
This paper analyzes the influence factors of crystal oscillator frequency aging,compares the requirement of aging test methods and long-term frequency stability prediction method between GB/T 12274.1-2012 and IEC 62884-3:2018 on crystal oscillator,and gives the suggestion for the frequency aging characteristics of different types of crystal oscillators,which will provide support for the revision of GB/T 12274.1-2012.
