装配式建筑设备管线与新型预制轻质墙板标准化设计研究

Study on the Standardization Design of Pipeline of Assembly Building Equipment and New Prefabricated Light Wallboard

本文主要针对当前装配式设计标准体系不完善、缺乏相关配套标准化、市场化的新型建筑材料预制构配件及相关标准技术图集的现状下,重点结合"一带一路"老挝川圹装配式建筑项目的实际工作经验提炼而成。依据装配式建筑特点,对设备专业预埋管线进行标准化、规范化设计,首次在预制轻质隔墙板领域提出以设备预埋管线为导向,对预制轻质隔墙板、保温墙板的横截面形状,进行等强度截面、等保温性能设计的新理念,并将新型预制轻质墙板形成标准化、系列化,进入市场化。推广应用到装配式、被动式等建筑领域。解决了多年来建筑业预制轻质墙板领域无法进行竖向、横向预埋设备管线的技术难题。

This article mainly aims at the imperfect assembly design standards system,and lack of related supporting standardized and market-oriented new building material prefabricated parts and relevant standards technologies,and summarizes the actual work experience of the Laos project under the Belt and Road Initiative.According to the structural characteristics of assembled buildings,this paper carries out the normative and standardized design of equipment pipelines,and proposes a new concept in the field of assembly building for the first time to take equipment embedded pipeline as orientation,and design the cross-sectional shape of prefabricated light wallboard and thermal insulation wallboard with equal strength section and equal insulation performance,and realizes the prefabricated light wallboard in a standardized and serialized way and entering the market.Popularized and applied in prefabricated,passive and other architectural fields,this technology has won four national invention patents,which has solved the technical problem that the equipment pipeline cannot be embedded in the prefabricated light wallboard in the assembly building for many years.
