特高压直流输电国际标准化研究进展

Research on the Development of International Standardization on UHV DC Transmission

本文介绍了我国在全面掌握特高压直流输电关键技术的基础上,开展了特高压直流输电标准化工作,建立了特高压直流输电标准体系,以规范和指导特高压直流工程建设和运维。以特高压输电的技术优势为突破点开展了国际标准化工作,在IEC提出并成立了IEC/TC 115"100kV及以上高压直流输电技术委员会",进行高压直流领域国际标准制修订工作。对特高压直流输电领域未来的技术和标准发展趋势也进行了展望。

On the basis of the key technologies of UHV DC transmission,China has carried out the standardization work of UHV DC transmission and established relevant standards system to normalize and guide the construction,operation and maintenance of UHV DC projects.Then China with technical strength in this respect carries out related international standardization work and submitted proposal of establishing a new technical committee TC 115 on High Voltage Direct Current(HVDC)transmission for DC voltages above 100 kV in IEC,which is responsible for the development and revision of international standard on HVDC.The development trend of UHV DC technology and standards in the future was also discussed.
