检验检测机构资质认定工作中关于标准管理的探讨

Discussion on the Standard Management in Qualification Certification of Inspection and Testing Organizations

采用有效标准开展检验检测活动是保证检测数据真实可靠的前提。为进一步提高资质认定工作质量,通过对参加的检验检测机构资质认定现场评审中发现的基本符合及不符合项进行整理后,本文梳理出当前检验检测机构存在的对标准查新不及时、标准使用不规范、缺乏有效的标准控制及管理等问题,分析了问题产生的原因并提出改进措施,以供机构参考。

Carrying out inspection and testing in accordance with proper standards is the premise to ensure the authenticity and reliability of test data.To further improve the quality of accreditation work,we reviewed the basic conformity and nonconformity items found in the on-site assessment of qualification certification of the participating inspection and testing organizations.Problems detected in the current inspection and testing organizations included untimely updating of the standards,non-standard use,and lack of effective standard control and management.This paper then analyzed the cause of those problems and put forward improvement measures for reference.
