摘要
通过对制定的NB/T 10199-2019《电工流体变压器及类似电气设备用未使用过的天然酯》国家能源行业标准的评析,认为我国变压器及类似电气设备用未使用过的天然酯标准的技术水平不仅达到国际IEC标准技术水平,而且个别技术指标还超越其技术水平。本文对NB/T10199-2019标准中的主要性能要求、试验方法以及应用进行了解读与展望。
Based on the evaluation of the national energy industry standard NB/T 10199-2019,Fluids for electrotechnical applications-Unused natural esters for transformers and similar electrical equipment,this paper considers that the technical level has not only reached the technical level of IEC international standard,but also exceeded the technical level of some of its technical requirements.In this paper,the main performance requirements,test methods and application of NB/T 10199-2019 standard are interpreted and prospected.
