基于大数据的军工标准评价体系初探研究

摘要 本文目的是寻求一种能够客观快速评价军工标准的评价体系。通过调研国内外期刊论文影响因子的计算方法,结合国内目前的相关评价体系方法以及军工标准的特点,研究创立了一种对于该类标准的快速准确的评价体系,其中对标准的全面性、统一性、协调性、适用性、先进性逐条进行分析,并最终形成统一的评价指标。为国内各类型标准的评价工作提供参考。 The purpose of this paper is to find an evaluation system that can objectively and quickly evaluate the national military standards.Through research journal impact factor calculation methods at home and abroad,combined with the current domestic relevant evaluation system method,and the characteristics of the national military standard,the study established a rapid accurate evaluation system to the national military standard,the standard of comprehensive,unity harmony,applicability,advanced detailed analysis,and finally form the unified evaluation index.lt provides a reference for the evaluation of various types of standards in China.
