浅析我国政务服务标准化存在问题与对策

Analysis of Problems and Countermeasures in the Standardization of China's Government Services

相较发达国家我国政务服务标准化起步较晚,经过多年努力,我国政务服务标准框架正在不断地完善,标准化建设得到高速发展。然而在肯定成就的同时,更要清楚地认识到,目前我国在政务服务标准化方面有待改进之处。本文基于我国政务服务化现状及推行政务标准化意义,分析目前我国政务服务标准化存在的不足,并提出改进策略。

Compared with developed countries,China’s government service standardization started comparatively late.With the efforts in the past few years,the framework of China’s government service standards has been improved,achieving rapid and healthy development in this area.However,there is room for improvement in the standardization of government services in China.Based on the current status of China’s government service,the paper points out the significance of implementing the standardization of the administration,and analyzes the existing problems of China’s government service standardization,proposing improvement strategies.
