摘要
本文阐述了下一代地铁主动径向控制系统,该系统能够实现转向架在曲线运动时的径向运动,从而降低列车运行噪声和轮对磨损,提高列车曲线通过速度,增强列车运行的舒适性。该系统借助一个高动态主动导向设备-电液作动器,可以确保列车通过曲线时轮对处于径向,轨道作用力得以大幅降低,保证地铁列车径向运行的安全可靠性。
This paper describes the next generation subway active radial control system,which can realize the radial movement of the bogie during curve movement,thereby reducing train noise and wheelset wear,increasing train curve passing speed,and enhancing the comfort of the train.The system uses a highly dynamic active guidance device,an electrohydraulic actuator,to ensure that the wheelset is in a radial direction when the train passes the curve and greatly reduce the track force,realizing the safety and reliability of the radial operation of the subway train.
