摘要
本文对比人造石英晶体标准IEC 60758:2016与GB/T 3352-2012,分析IEC 60758:2016新增的光学用人造石英晶体的包裹体密度、腐蚀隧道密度、红外吸收系数α值的等级分类和内部透射率指标等方面的要求,为修订GB/T 3352-2012提供支撑。
By comparing synthetic crystal standards IEC 60384-1:2016 and GB/T 3352-2012, this paper analyzed the newly added requirements in IEC 60758:2016 for inclusion density, etching tunnel density, infrared absorption coefficient αand internal transmittance of synthetic crystal for optical applications, which is expected to provide support for the revision of GB/T 3352-2012.
