大型发动机蠕墨铸铁缸盖的研发与应用

Development and Application of Large Engine Creep Cast Iron Cylinder Head

本文主要针对目前已实际应用的大型发动机(包括柴油机及气体机)蠕墨铸铁气缸盖研发过程中在设计原则及实际应用中出现的问题进行分析及研究,针对目前普遍采用的合金铸铁、球铁缸盖及蠕墨铸铁缸盖进行对比,从零部件结构、毛坯铸造、加工性能等方面的差异性,提出对蠕墨铸铁材料的缸盖在研发过程中需注意的项点。

This paper mainly analyzes and studies the problems in design principle and practical application in the research and development of coiled cast iron cylinder head of large engine, including diesel engine and gas machine. Based on the comparison of alloy cast iron, ductile iron cylinder cover and creep cast iron cylinder cover, the paper puts forward the points needing to pay attention to in the research and development of creep cast iron material from the differences in parts structure, rough casting and processing performance.
