摘要
硅纳米材料的尺寸效应使其具有独特的光电特性及半导体性质,在纳米电子器件应用及生物医药领域具有重要的应用价值,成为目前研究的热点。目前硅纳米材料主要有量子点、纳米线、纳米管、多孔硅等。本文主要介绍了各种硅纳米材料的的制备方法和应用。
Due to the size effect, silicon nano-materials have unique optical and semiconductor properties. They have attracted great interest in the last few years for important application value in nanoscale electronic devices and biomedical field. Until now, silicon nano-materials mainly include quantum dots, nanowires, nanotubes and porous silicon. This paper mainly introduces the preparation methods and application of the various silicon nano-materials.
