卫浴产品使用寿命的综合检测技术探析

Probe into Comprehensive Testing Technology for Service Life of Sanitary Ware Products

卫浴产品是实施建筑节水的重要载体之一,卫浴产品的使用寿命是评价其产品质量的重要指标,与每个人的日常生活紧密相关。常见的卫浴产品包括各类水嘴、花洒、软管、地漏等,本文通过对寿命试验现状的分析总结,拟设计一套综合性的卫浴产品使用寿命试验设备,达到节能节水的目的。选取了产品的标准进行分析和对比,总结了卫浴产品使用寿命综合检测设备的一些技术参数和要求,并对后续标准的制修订提出了技术建议。

Sanitary ware product is one of the important carriers of water saving in buildings. Their service life is an important index for evaluating the product quality. It is also closely related to everybody’s daily life. Common sanitary ware products include all kinds of faucets, showers, hoses, floor drains, etc. By analyzing and summarizing the status quo of life test, this paper attempts to design a set of comprehensive test equipment for service life of sanitary ware products, so as to achieve the goal of saving energy and water. It analyzed and compared product standards, and summarized some technical parameters and requirements for comprehensive testing equipment for service life of sanitary ware products. Some technical suggestions are put forward for future standards revision.
