摘要 在电力设备上涂覆室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)防污闪涂料是一种有效的防污闪措施,对电网的安全稳定运行意义重大。近年来,RTV涂料已被广泛应用于电力系统,但现行标准对其质量管控依然存在不足。本文介绍了一种RTV涂料技术与管理方案,该方案全面系统地规定了RTV涂料入网认证方案和获证后监督与抽检方案,并首次将生产商工厂检查纳入RTV涂料的质量管控方法中,从而填补了绝缘子用RTV涂料质量管控体系领域的空白。本文结合实践案例分析论证了该方案的必要性、可行性和有效性。这一实践经验也对其他行业具有深刻的借鉴意义,为面对相似情况的产业的规范化发展提供了一种指导思路和有效方法。 Room Temperature Vulcanized(RTV) silicon rubber flashover-proof has been applied to electric power system for its effective flashover-proof performance, which is a significant method to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid. In recent years, RTV coating has been widely used in power system, but the quality control measures defined by current standards is still insufficient. This paper introduces a comprehensive and systematic RTV coating technology and management scheme, which specifies the access certification scheme and the post-certification supervision and spot inspection scheme, and incorporates the manufacturer’s factory inspection as a quality control method of RTV coating for the first time, so as to fill the gap in the field of RTV coating quality management and control system. Combined with analysis of practical cases, this paper demonstrates the necessity, feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme. The experience also has profound reference significance for other industries, and provides a guiding train of thoughts and effective method for the standardization development of industries facing similar situations.
