抗击新冠肺炎一线异地支援护士的心理状况调查研究

Investigation on the Psychological Status of Support Nurses in Different Places in the Frontline of Fighting Against New Crown Pneumonia

目的深入了解地区派出首批支援抗击新型冠状病毒感染肺炎一线护理人员的心理状况,分析影响原因为其做好相应的心理咨询和应对措施提供科学依据。方法2020年2月28日-2020年3月15日选取5家医院支援武汉疫情的护理人员共21名,应用心理症状自评表对其进行电子问卷调查,并针对存在的心理状况给予原因分析和心理疏导,同时提出科学的应对措施。结果根据调查表显示15人出现心理问题,占71.43%,其中躯体化7人,人际关系敏感5人,强迫症状4人,轻度抑郁1人,轻度焦虑9人,恐惧3人。结论部分护理人员因各种原因存在一定的心理应激反应,各医院应建立相应的、完善的应急指导机制,加强对异地支援的一线护理人员心理疏导和情感关怀,使其全身心投入到抗击疫情的一线救护工作中。

Objectives To investigate the psychological status of clinical first-line nurses who support the fight against new coronavirus pneumonia,analysis its causes,and provide scientific basis for the corresponding psychological counseling and coping measures.Methods A total of 21 nursing staff from five hospitals in the region were selected to support the epidemic situation in Wuhan.An electronic questionnaire survey was conducted on them using the self-assessment form of psychological symptoms,and the cause analysis and psychological counseling were given according to the existing psychological conditions.Meanwhile,scientific countermeasures were proposed.Results According to the questionnaire,15 people(71.43%)had psychological problems,including 7 with somatization,5 with interpersonal sensitivity,4 with compulsive symptoms,1 with mild depression,9 with mild anxiety and 3 with fear.Conclusions Some nursing personnel had certain psychological stress reaction for various reasons.All hospitals should establish the corresponding and perfect emergency guidance mechanism,strengthen the psychological counseling and emotional care for the first-line nurses from other places,so as to make them devote themselves to fighti ng agai nst the epidemic.
