基于爬虫技术的病案管理人才需求现状分析

Analysis of the Talent Demand of Medical Record Management Based on Reptile Technology

爬虫技术作为一种最快获取信息的方式,被广泛应用在各行各业,利用Scrapy爬虫技术获取医疗专业人才网上相关病案管理的招聘信息,补充获取全国事业单位招聘网的相关信息,利用Excel从区域、学历、专业3个方面统计分析数据,并绘制图表,从而找出我国病案管理人才需求规律,为我国病案管理人才的培养提出一些意见。数据结果显示病案人才的需求主要集中在南方地区、华东和华南地区,三甲医院对病案人才的需求主要为硕士学历,本科及以上学历人才严重匮乏,医学类如临床、护理等专业需求最多。医学院校应加快对卫生信息管理专业人员的培养,同时北方地区特别是东北和西北地区也要加快对病案的信息系统建设,增加高素质人才比例,满足各大医院对病案人才的需求。

Crawler technol ogy is widely used in all walks of life as one of the fastest way to obtain information.In this paper,crawler technology is used to crawl out the recruitment information related to medical record management on the website of medical professionals,and excel is used This paper analyzes the data from three aspects of region,education background and specialty,and draws the chart,so as to fi nd out the law of demand for medical record management talents in China,and put forward some suggestions for the cultivation of medical record management talents in China.Through the analysis of the data,we can see that the demand for medical record talents is mainly concentrated in the south,most in East China and South China.The demand for medical record talents in the Three A and Tertiary Hospitals is mainly master degree,and there is a serious shortage of undergraduate and above degree talents.Therefore,the medical record room will recruit some majors other than health information management,and the demand for clinical,nursing and other medical majors is the most.Medical colleges and universities should speed up the training of health information management professionals,at the same time,the northern region should also speed up the data construction of medical records to meet the needs of major hospitals for medical record talents.
