快速康复模式对普外科医疗效率的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Rapid Rehabilitation Model on Medical Efficiency of General Surgery

目的探讨快速康复模式对普外科医疗效率的影响。方法收集某院病案管理系统2017年1月31日-2019年1月31日实施普外科手术患者的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。其中50例接受传统围术期护理(对照组),52例在围术期实施快速康复护理(观察组),对比分析两组手术情况[手术时间、术中出血量],术后相关指标[首次排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及治疗费用],术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组手术时间(62.34±12.02)分钟、术中出血量(52.03±11.01)毫升、首次排气时间(22.72±4.26)小时、进食时间(20.17±2.75)小时、下床活动时间(4.54±1.36)时间、住院时间(4.79±2.35)天及治疗费用(4.58±1.35)万元均显著低于对照组[(85.40±15.27)分钟,(65.38±11.28)毫升,(58.14±5.58)小时,(36.58±2.33)小时,(9.72±3.37)小时,(8.48±4.23)天,(9.83±3.36)万元](P<0.05)。与对照组比较(28%),观察组术后并发症总发生率(7.69%)显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较(66%),观察组护理总满意度(92.31%)显著提高(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理模式可有效缩短手术时间、首次排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间及住院时间,降低术中出血量、治疗费用及并发症发生率,从而提高医疗效率及患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation model on medical efficiency in general surgery.Methods The clinical data of patients undergoing general surgery from January 2017 to January 2019 in the medical record management system in a hospital were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Of these,50 received traditional perioperative care(control group),52 cases were treated with rapid rehabilitation nursing during perioperative period(observation group).The operative conditions[operation time,intraoperative blood loss,first exhaust time,feeding time,time to get out of bed,hospitalization time and treatment cost],Incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The operation time(62.34±12.02)min,intraoperative blood loss(52.03±11.01)mL,first exhaust time(22.72±4.26)h,eating time(20.17±2.75 h),activity time out of bed(4.54±1.36)h,hospitalization time(4.79±2.35)d and treatment cost(4.58±1.35)ten thousand yuan in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group[(85.40±15.27)min,(65.38±11.28)mL,(58.14±5.58)h,(36.58±2.33)h,(9.72±3.37)h,(8.48±4.23)d,(9.83±3.36)ten thousand yuan](P<0.05).Compared with the control group(28%),the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(7.69%)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(66%),the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group(92.31%)was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing mode can effectively shorten the operation time,the first exhaust time,the eating time,the time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,the cost of treatment and the incidence of complications,so as to improve the medical efficiency and patient nursing satisfaction.
