运用PDCA持续提高临床路径入径率和完成率

Using PDCA to Improve the Rate of Entry and Completion of Clinical Pathway

目的应用PDCA管理方法,提高临床路径的入径率和完成率,改善临床路径的管理水平,优化诊疗过程。方法统计并持续监测某医院2018年7月至2019年6月临床路径入径率、完成率等相关指标,分别通过医师因素、患者因素、信息化因素和管理因素分析临床路径入径率和完成率低的原因并制定相应的改进措施。结果通过PDCA管理后的临床路径入径率、完成率持续稳步增长,入径率从2018年11月的36.53%提高到2019年6月的67.63%,完成率从2018年11月的51.69%提高到2019年6月的100%。结论临床路径作为一种提高医疗质量的管理手段,PDCA管理方法能有效提高某院的临床路径入径率、完成率,提高医疗管理水平,提高医疗质量。

Objective To apply the PDCA management method to improve the entry rate and completion rate of clinical pathways,improve the management level of clinical pathways,and optimize the diagnosis and treatment process.Methods Statistics and continuous monitoring of the clinical pathway entry rate and completion rate of a hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were analyzed.The clinical path entry rate and completion were analyzed by physician factors,patient factors,information factors and management factors.The reason for the low rate and the corresponding improvement measures.Results After the PDCA management,the clinical path entry rate and completion rate continued to grow steadily.The entry rate increased from 36.53%in November 2018 to 67.63%in June 2019,and the completion rate increased from 51.69%in November 2018.100%by June 2019.Conclusion Clinical pathway as a management method to improve medical quality PDCA management method can effectively improve the clinical pathway entry rate,completion rate,improve medical management level and improve medical quality.
