基于分级管理的肿瘤外科手术名称信息化“新旧系统”的比较

Comparison of Old and New Systems about Operation Name Informational System based on Classify Management in Tumor Surgery

目的应用基于分级管理的肿瘤外科手术名称信息化"新系统"并与"旧系统"进行比较。方法于2016年11月至2017年10月同步应用基于分级管理的肿瘤外科手术名称信息化系统(新系统)及旧系统,共纳入全部手术共计23105台次数据,比较"旧系统组"和"新系统组"在使用满意度、系统精准性能等方面的差异,评估新系统的应用效果。结果采用新系统后,医护人员在整体满意度、录入便捷性、查询全面性、统计准确性和系统稳定上的满意度均得到提升(P<0.01),对23105台次手术的手术名称和分级情况进行汇总分析,手术名称统计正确率由98.58%上升至99.90%,手术级别分级正确率由98.95%上升至99.93%(P<0.001)。结论基于分级管理的肿瘤外科手术名称信息化系统使手术名称及手术分级更加精准,医护人员对系统的满意度得到提升。

Objective To applythe operation name informational system based on classify management in tumor surgery and compare with the old system.Methods From November 2016 to October 2017,the information system for the name of tumor surgery based on classify management and the old system were simultaneously applied,and a total of 23,105 data were included in the total number of operations.Comparing the difference between"old system group"and"new system group"in the use of satisfaction and system precision performance,evaluate the application effect.Results After the adoption of the new system,the overall satisfaction degree,input convenience,query comprehensiveness,statistical accuracy and system stability of the medical staff were all improved(P<0.01).The operation names and operation classification of 23105 operations were analyzed.The correct rate of operation names increased from 98.58%to 99.90%,and the correct rate of operation classification increased from 98.95%to 99.93%(P<0.001).Conclusion The operation names and operation classification were more accurate by the operation name informational system based on classify management in tumor surgery,and the medical staff’s satisfaction with the system is improved.
