一体化创伤急救模式在严重多发伤合并失血性休克患者的抢救效果

The Effect of Integrated Trauma First Aid Model for Patients with Severe Multiple Injuries Complicated with Hemorrhagic Shock

目的探究一体化创伤急救模式在严重多发伤合并失血性休克患者抢救中的应用效果。方法对2015年2月1日-2019年2月28日某院急诊收治的86例严重多发伤伴失血性休克患者进行回顾性分析。其中2015年2月-2017年2月采用传统急诊救治模式的44例患者作为对照组,2017年3月1日-2019年2月28日采取一体化创伤急救模式的42例患者作为研究组,比较2组抢救效率、抢救效果及家属满意度。结果抢救效率:研究组院前急救时间、多科会诊时间、检查完成时间、急诊手术时间、急诊抢救时间及住院时间均较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);抢救效果:研究组治愈率高于对照组,转科前死亡率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);家属满意度:研究组满意调查得分及超过75分所占比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统急救模式相比,一体化创伤急救模式可提高多发伤并失血性休克患者的救治效率和效果,缩短抢救时间,改善医患、护患关系,该模式值得进行临床推广。

Objective To explore the effects of integrated trauma first aid model in treatment of severe multiple injuries complicated with hemorrhagic shock.Methods 86 cases of patients with severe multiple injuries complicated with hemorrhagic shock and who treated in our hospital of Department of Emergency from February,2015 to February,2019 were retrospective analyzed.44 cases of patients were treated with traditional emergency treatment mode from February,2015 to February,2017 as control group,and 42 cases of patients were treated with integrated trauma first aid mode from March,2017 to February,2019 as the study group.Then,the rescue efficiency,rescue effect and family satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results Rescue efficiency:The pre-hospital first aid time,multi-department consultation time,examination completion time,emergency operation time,emergency rescue time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Rescue effect:The cure rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the mortality rate before conversion was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Family satisfaction:The proportion of satisfaction survey score more than 75 scores in the study group were higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the traditional first aid model,the integrated trauma first aid model which could improve the treatment efficiency and effect of patients with severe multiple injuries complicated with hemorrhagic shock,and could shorten the rescue time and improve the doctor-patient relationship,thus this model was worth promoting in the clinical.
