某院呼吸与危重症患者疾病与死亡统计分析

Statistical Analysis of Diseases and Deaths of Respiratory and Critical Patients in a Hospital

目的分析辽宁省某院呼吸与危重症患者疾病与死亡情况,为进一步提高医疗质量和制定卫生政策提供参考。方法收集2013年1月1日-2018年12月31日辽宁省某院呼吸与危重症医学科病案首页资料,运用描述性方法对疾病构成与死亡统计分析。结果共收治呼吸与危重症患者1712例,男性1143例(66.76%),女性569例(33.24%),男女性别比为2.0:1;科室前10位疾病为肺部感染、重症肺炎、慢性支气管炎急性发作、支气管扩张合并感染、社区获得性肺炎、吸入性肺炎、慢性阻塞性肺病伴急性加重、肺栓塞、弥漫性肺间质纤维化、呼吸衰竭;不同性别、不同年龄主要疾病构成及分布存在差异;531例死亡患者中,男性321例,女性210例,男女性别比为1.52:1;不同性别、不同年龄死因存在差异;死亡患者疾病前10位与住院患者疾病构成一致。结论报告期内患者疾病以重症肺炎、肺部感染、慢性支气管炎急性发作为主,应重点关注老年患者,加强预防,降低病死率。

Objectives This paper analyzed the diseases and deaths of respiratory and critically ill patients in a hospital in Liaoning province,thus to provide references for further improving medical quality and formulating health policies.Methods The front pages data of respiratory and critical illness medical records of a hospital in Liaoning province from 2013 January,1 st to 2018 December,31 st were collected,and the disease composition and death of inpatients were statistically analyzed by descriptive methods.Results A total of 1712 patients with respiratory and critical diseases were admitted to a hospital,including 1143 males(66.76%)and 569 females(33.24%),with a gender ratio of 2.0:1.The top 10 diseases in the department were pulmonary infection,severe pneumonia,acute attack of chronic bronchitis,bronchiectasis combined with infection,community-acquired pneumonia,aspiration pneumonia,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation,pulmonary embolism,diffuse pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,and respiratory failure.The constitution and distribution of major diseases were different in different genders and ages.Among the 531 patients who died,321 were males and 210 were females,with a male-female sex ratio of 1.52:1.Causes of death were different in different genders and age.The disease composition of the top 10 dead patients was consistent with that of hospitalized patients.Conclusions During the reporting period,the diseases of the patients in the department of respiratory and critical care medicine in this hospital were mainly severe pneumonia,pulmonary infection and acute attack of chronic bronchitis,so the elderly patients should be paid more attention,and the prevention should be strengthened to reduce the mortality.
