2016年-2018年海勤人员健康鉴定疾病构成帕累托图分析

Pareto Diagram Analysis on the Disease Composition in Medicine Identification among Marine Personnel in 2016 to 2018

目的了解海勤人员健康鉴定疾病构成情况,为制定保健措施提供科学依据。方法提取2016年1月1日-2018年12月31日695名海勤人员疗案信息数据,以ICD-10疾病分类标准,应用帕累托图对海勤人员健康鉴定疾病进行统计分析。结果695名海勤人员健康鉴定检出疾病共计1684例次,帕累托图分析发现,影响健康的主要因素为口腔疾病(牙龈炎/19.24%、龋齿/10.21%、阻生齿/7.48%)、屈光不正(16.81%)、代谢性疾病(脂肪肝/7.13%、高尿酸血症/4.81%、高脂血症/3.33%)、腰肌劳损(6.06%)等病种,次要因素为甲状腺结节(2.85%)、腰椎间盘突出(2.73%)、肝囊肿(2.26%)、颈椎间盘突出(1.43%)、胆囊息肉(1.43%)等病种,其余病种为一般因素。结论根据海勤人员健康鉴定疾病构成和帕累托图分析结果,海勤人员易患疾病有其自身特点,其成因与工作环境与生活方式密切相关,医疗机构应重点关注易患疾病,加强健康知识的宣教工作,优化医疗资源配置。

Objectives To investigate the disease compositionin medicine identification of marine personnel,and grasp the rules of changes of disease composition,so as to provide scientific basis for the formulation of health care measures.Methods The information data of 695 marine personnel who were convalesced in our hospital from January,12016 to December,312018 were extracted from the convalescent information platform.Based on the ICD-10 disease classification standard,the pareto chart was used for statistical analysis of diseases in medicine identification of marine personnel.Results Total of 1684 cases of disease were checked out in 695 marine personnel.The main factors influencing the health were oral disease,ametropia,metabolic diseases,strain of lumbar muscles,and so on.The secondary factors were lumbar and cervical disc herniation,thyroid nodule,hepatic cyst,gallbladder polyp and other diseases.The rest of the diseaseswere the general factors.Conclusions According to the spectrum of marine personnel and the result of Pareto chart analysis,the common diseases of marine personnel had their own characteristics.The causes of common diseases were closely related to working environment and lifestyle.Medical institutions should focus on the common diseases,strengthen health education,and should optimize the allocation of medical resources.
