微信APP病案信息系统的应用

Application of WeChat APP Medical Record Information System

目的评价微信APP病案信息系统的应用效果。方法随机选取某院2018年1月1日-2018年12月31日来院诊治的500例患者临床资料,将其纳入研究组。另选2017年1月1日-2017年12月31日来院诊治的500例患者临床资料,将其纳入对照组。对照组患者接受传统病案管理系统管理。干预组患者接受微信APP病案信息系统管理。比较2组患者病案复印需求、病案管理价值、病案复印价值、管理满意度。结果干预组患者病案复印需求率92.6%高于对照组62.7%(P<0.05);干预组患者评分按张付费(79.63±10.29)分、远程支付(86.36±3.61)分、便捷安全(85.62±3.52)分、成本优势(85.29±2.68)分、物流追踪(86.36±1.52)分、评价反馈(86.36±1.52)分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者病案复制时间(3.26±1.369)分钟、预约申请病案时间(6.38±1.39)分钟、交费时间(1.63±1.02)分钟、审核时间(1.06±0.52)分钟、退费时间(2.64±0.56)分钟少于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者的管理总满意率(96.4%)高于对照组(84.38%)(P<0.05)。结论微信APP病案信息系统能明显提升医院病案管理质量,减少病案复制时间,提高病案管理质量。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of WeChat APP medical record information system.Methods Clinical data of 500 patients admitted from January 1 th,2018 to December 31 th,2018 were reviewed and included in the study group.Clinical data of 500 patients admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the control group.Patients in control group were managed by traditional medical record management system.Patients in the intervention group received WeChat APP medical record information system management.The demand,management value,copy value and management satisfaction of medical records were compared between the two groups.Results The demand rate of medical records copying in the pre-treatment group(92.60%)was higher than that in the control group(62.70%)(P<0.05).The score of payment per card(79.63±10.29),remote payment(86.36±3.61),convenience and safety(85.62±3.52),cost advantage(85.29±2.68),logistics tracking(86.36±1.52)and evaluation feedback(86.36±1.52)in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The replication time(3.26±1.369)min,appointment application time(6.38±1.39)min,payment time(1.63±1.02)min,audit time(1.06±0.52)min and refund time(2.64±0.56)min were lower in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the intervention group(96.40%)was higher than that in the control group(84.38%)(P<0.05).Conclusions WeChat APP medical record information system could significantly improve the quality of medical record management in hospitals,reduce the time of copy and improve the quality of medical record management.
